Please note that delivery times may vary depending on public holidays and deliveries may occasionally take up to 7 days, depending on location.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)

Our ATL policy for delivery allows for all orders under $105 in value (excluding shipping) to be left without signature on delivery in a safe place if no one is home.

Our ATL policy for delivery allows for all orders under $210 in value (excluding shipping) to be left without signature on delivery in a safe place if no one is home.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND OTHER CHARGES

Please note that NZ Shipping Rates are not inclusive of foreign government customs duties, taxes or other charges which may be payable and are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes

Please note that we are generally unable to change orders after they have been placed as they are typically dispatched soon after being submitted. This includes changing the products ordered, the delivery option, address details or payment.

If you would like to change your order, please cancel your order by contacting us on the same day your order is placed. If after 2pm on the day the order was made, it will likely already have been process and we will be unable to prevent the order from being dispatched.

If you do not cancel your order in time, you can return the products to us for a refund, however we are unable to cover the costs of return shipping in this instance.

Returns

In the event that you are not satisfied with your PREPD purchase, you have the right to a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In this instance, delivered goods must be returned first before payment can be refunded and unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage.

In order to be entitled to a refund for a change of mind, the returned product must not be opened in any way and must still be in original condition. This return policy doesn’t change customer rights and warranties under the Australian Consumer Law.
